Most of the material presented is written by Erleen Tilton. Through her life changing experience into natural health and healing over 25 years ago, she began her intense study of nutrition and the effects it has on the body, herbal health as compared to drugs, creating recipes, and learning more about the body as a system. Erleen is not a nurse, licensed dietitian or practitioner. All of her training has been through self-study, classes, seminars, conferences, research, and personal experience. She published her first natural cookbook, Naturally, It?s Better! in 1983, and her second in 1999, Enjoy Nature?s Harvest, which is available on this web site through this link. She has also published Nature?s First Aid Kit booklet, a Successful Organic Gardening manual, as well as her audio CDs.
Throughout the last 25 years, she has spoken to a wide variety of organizations and age groups on the true health principles she has learned and incorporated in her own life. She has been able to witness many, many others benefit from these principles and see their own life changing experiences as well.
Being healthy is a lifestyle! It is all about eating good wholesome nutritious foods that, as much as possible, come to us straight from nature. These foods come to us straight from God and if we eat them in the way He intended us to, then we will obviously have stronger physical, mental and emotional health. Being healthy also involves daily exercise, good pure water intake, adequate rest, and good positive thinking as well.
